Privacy Policy for Yozzo.com

This document outlines the privacy practices for our website, yozzo.com.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://staging.yozzo.com/.

Comments

When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data you provide in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string. This information is used for spam detection.

An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes visible to the public alongside your comment. You can review the Gravatar service privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Media

If you upload images to the website, be aware that you should avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images from the site and extract this location data.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you have the option to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year.

When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Upon logging in, we also set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, while screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove these cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply identifies the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may contain embedded content like videos, images, or articles from other websites. This content behaves exactly as if you were visiting the other website directly.

These third-party websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. This includes tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that specific website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments without holding them for moderation.

For users who register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All registered users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, with the exception of their username. Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service.

Third-Party Services

Akismet

We use the Akismet anti-spam service to protect our site. The information we collect depends on our settings for the service, but it typically includes your IP address, user agent, referrer, and site URL, along with any information you provide directly in the comment, such as your name, email address, and the comment itself.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. When you visit a page with a YouTube plugin, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers, informing them which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, your Browse behavior can be associated directly with your profile. To prevent this, you should log out of your YouTube account. Using YouTube helps make our website more appealing, which is considered a justified interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. For more information on YouTube’s data handling, please refer to their privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Vimeo

We use features from the Vimeo video portal. When you visit a page with a Vimeo plugin, a connection is established with Vimeo’s servers, informing them which page you visited and also providing your IP address. This occurs even if you are not logged in or do not have a Vimeo account. The information is transmitted to a Vimeo server in the U.S. and stored there. If you are logged into your Vimeo account, your Browse behavior can be associated directly with your personal profile. To prevent this, log out of your Vimeo account. For more details on how Vimeo handles user data, see their privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy.

Google Web Fonts

To ensure consistent font display, our site uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads these fonts from Google’s servers to display text correctly. Google becomes aware that our webpage was accessed via your IP address. This use is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation, which is considered a justified interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. For more information, visit the Google Web Fonts FAQ: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

SoundCloud

Our pages may include plugins from the SoundCloud social network. When you visit our site, a direct connection is established between your browser and the SoundCloud server via the plugin. This allows SoundCloud to know that you have visited our site from your IP address. If you click on “Like” or “Share” buttons while logged into your SoundCloud account, SoundCloud can associate your visits to our pages with your user account. We have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by SoundCloud. For more information, see SoundCloud’s privacy policy: https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy. If you don’t want SoundCloud to link your visit to your account, please log out of your SoundCloud account.
